FileConverter is a utility program for 3D digitizing (e.g. with a MicroScribe). It combines multiple files with coordinate data into a single file readable by analysis software such as MorphoJ. Moreover, it can also combine multiple views (e.g. dorsal and ventral sides) of specimens into single confgurations.
FindSteinerTree is a program for finding Euclidean or squared-change Steiner trees.
